What you get with a paid plan
Information requests
Need a passport number, a bank detail or a signed document from a client? Send them a secure request. They don’t need an account. What they type, and any file they attach, is encrypted in their browser so only you can open it.
Activity history
See when each note was created, emailed, opened and downloaded, from which country, and every failed password attempt. On paid plans the history stays after the note is shredded, until your retention period ends.
Shared team notes
Everyone on the plan sees the team’s notes and requests: who sent what, when, and whether the client has opened it yet. No more “did they get it?” messages.
Company branded notes
Add your company name and logo. Note pages, request forms and emails show your brand instead of ours, in a clean business look your clients will recognise.
Bigger encrypted attachments
Attach files up to 25 MB on paid plans (5 MB on Free). Files are encrypted in your browser with the same key as the note, and shredded with it.
Unlimited notes and requests
Free includes 5 notes and 2 information requests a month. Paid plans have no monthly limits.
Plans and billing questions
Do I need an account to send a note?
No. You can send a quick encrypted note from the home page without signing up. An account adds a dashboard, activity history, attachments, information requests and read notifications.
What does data retention mean?
It’s the longest we keep anything for your team: unread notes, unanswered requests, and activity history. Free keeps data for 7 days, Standard for 6 months and Business for 12 months. Notes are still destroyed as soon as they’re read.
How is Standard billed?
Standard is priced per person on your team. Business is one flat price for your whole company, however many people use it.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time: ask from the Subscription page in your dashboard. If you move to a smaller plan, existing notes keep working until they expire.
Can you read my notes on a paid plan?
No. Every plan uses the same end-to-end encryption. Paying unlocks features, not access to your data.
